Dark and light

Finding something that inspires you is half the battle. Keeping the dark side of your brain from talking you out of your new journey is another. When your brain is always at odds with itself inspiration doesn't have much of a chance to propagate. Living in the light, where it's warm and bright and shiny is the goal. Depression and anxiety (the dark side) are always looking for a way to creep back in and down you. Daily inspiration is key.
